We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses at Riverhead Hall in Driffield, East Yorkshire. You must be a Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality nursing care to our elderly residents. You will be responsible for leading the team, supervising and developing our care staff in how to provide the high standards of care we expect.
Key duties include: Delivering hands on care, safe administration of medication, developing and maintaining accurate records.

The work of a Care Assistant plays a vital part in meeting the personal care needs of our Residents in a way that respects their dignity as an individual and promotes and encourages independence. You will be directly involved in the care of the Residents physical environment and the general day-to-day activities of the home. With others, you will be expected to ensure at all times that the home operations are being applied. Importantly, you are expected to be proactively involved in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and maintaining good relations between residents, relatives, visiting professionals and staff.

The Area Manager role reports to the Operations Manager.
The role for the person appointed, will include line managing 3 Homes in addition to being custodian of our Quality and Compliance practices. It is critical that applicants possess the high level of personal drive together with the knowledge and leadership skills to make change happen.
The person appointed must:
Be a registered nurse with current PIN or other recognised health professional
Have solid all-round Home Management experience together with current experience of working with regulatory authorities and agencies.
Will be capable of adopting the lead position in ensuring that our Quality and Compliance Policies and Procedures are at all times current and appropriate to the needs of business. Therefore is it important that you can demonstrate first class written and verbal communication skills.
Be prepared to dedicate to the time and travelling commitments required to meet the objectives of this role.

We anticipate a salary of between£40 -£45k, subject to the skills and experience of the appointee. Other benefits and terms are for discussion. You should be a car owner with a current licence.
